Yesterday was a great (:
We had our 1st council farewell dinner, where everyone was all dressed up at regent hotel. Yeah it was awesome, good job dinner com!
It was quite a touching dinner, even tough it wasn't ours, but yeah, the love in the 1st council was really big, and could be seen by outsiders.
learnt alot from all that the 1st council said yesterday night, thanks seniors.
the 1st council is just really awesome and has been a n inspiration to me since before running for council.
And last night made me think alot, like fundamental questions like why i want to be a councilor, what do i do as a councilor, what am i as a councilor.
I realized i have been compartmentalizing my life, such that being a Christian and being a councilor was somewhat different things. But now i know council is just a medium in which i be a Christian. i have lacked alot of love as a councilor, and i could love my department more, love the people in council more, as well as the student body.
yup, as ali said, we are all a work in progress. ill continue learning and growing (:
