Went to church again today with jwong n zoey, and the message was awesome cause i really identified with it - transitions in life, working towards independence and interdependence and stuff
, and man, i realized how difficult and complicated it all is.
the pastor also talked alot about love life and all in the most hilarious way, but he shared something about it tt really struck me. when he prayed n asked if dis girl was the one he should marry, God didnt answer that but asked him to clarify whats important in his life, in other words, does dis girl aid him in whats important in his life. yeah and he was saying how its actually up to us to choose who to date.
Yeah anyway the past few days have been crazy fun, maybe a little too fun.
went out after school on Friday to "study" till night, which was really fun. jwong wejie n jt came late at night to stay over den.had a really stupid and retarded saturday morning with the guys, just laughing about absolutely nothing and lazing around for hours in an air con room. then went to australian unis open house with sarina n mish at orchard hotel, which wasnt fruitful for me cuz i din get t target any uni, but the company was fun. then came back to bboy. jwong stayed over again, and went on sunday morning to the motorola bboy rehearsel again! wah i love the rehearsels lah,kh taught me abit of munch mill tech, and the bakau rockers crew are just freaking funny. church with zoey and jwong later on. oh and i bought new nikes (:
haha just been going out and having fun like crazy these past few days, hardly touched work, and sadly haven't done proper qt till just a few hours ago. but the company is really awesome, like getting to talk to jwong so much more and stuff.
i was thinking about how different people have different perspectives, which is awesome. cause when i actually make the effort to understand others, i learn a new way of life that if i think its good, i can apply it. and this is awesome when i meet people who are more experienced or from a different culture. like hearing the pastors testimony also gave me a new perspectives of relationships and stuff. yeah after all, two people with the same opinion is one wasted.
